The Grange Classic NV:

Pale straw in colour, with an intense nose of ripe orchard fruits and citrus peel, surrounded by notes of toasted and buttered patisserie.

Crunchy, bright and fresh on the palate, with apples and citrus fruit at the fore. Dissipating slowly, resulting in a long and pleasing finish.

Why not try the Classic NV as an aperitif and enjoy it with fine, buttery slices of iberico ham, rich, smoked fish, oysters or ROKA cheese crispies

The Grange Pink NV:

A soft and restrained pale onion skin pink colour with persistent but fine bubbles.

It has the abundant bright summer berries and wild flowers on the nose that characterise the Pinot fruit grown in Burge's Field along with hints of a creamy nuttiness and a solid minerality.

Delicately lifted by a soft and pleasing mousse, the palate provides tangy red apples, raspberries and redcurrants enveloped in a layer of single cream. This leads forward to a refreshing and lengthy finish with a whiff of the sea right at the end. A perfect reminder of the long summer of 2018 on which the wine is based.
